"Bill"

Age 65 of Wilmington, passed away Monday evening, December 19, 2011 at Asta Care Center in Toluca.

Born February 12, 1946 in Joliet, Bill was a son of the late William H. "Bun" and Lanadele "Lanie" Fairchild-Partridge. He was raised in Wilmington, graduated from Wilmington High School, and earned his bachelor degree from Colorado State University. Bill was employed as a social worker and worked at the Department of Juvenile Corrections in Bourbonnais. He was a member of The First Presbyterian Church in Wilmington and loved playing basketball for the Park District. Bill was an avid basketball fan, enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears and will be remembered as an enthusiast of most sports games.

Survivors include his two children: Brandon (Sheryl) Partridge of Plainfield and Ashley (Rob) McGrath of Ottawa; granddaughter: Madisyn McGrath, and the mother of his children Debbie Brykczynski of Newark.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Dan and Don Menozi.

The family will receive friends on Friday December 23, 2011 between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00PM at Freitag-Reeves & Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington.

A private family interment will follow Saturday in Oakwood Cemetery in Wilmington.

Honorary Pallbearers are: Brandon Partridge, Rob McGrath, Dave VanDuyne, Larry Hobbs and Craig Taylor

Preferred memorial may be made as gifts in Bill's memory to his family for their distribution.
