William Moore, Sr

William E. Moore, Sr.

Age 62 of Wilmington, passed away Sunday January 28, 2007 at Embassy Care Center in Wilmington.

Born November 30, 1944 in West Frankfort, Illinois, Bill was a son of the late Elmer E. and Lorene (Turner) Moore.

Bill owned and operated Moore's Feed and More in Wilmington for many years. He loved hunting, fishing, doing cross word puzzles and playing euchre.

Survivors include three sons: William Moore, Jr of Woodridge, Wade Moore of South Wilmington and Preston Moore of Wilmington; two daughters: Jody (John) Walsh of Mazon and Jill (Eric) Rodriguez of Verona. (13) Grandchildren, numerous brothers and sisters and his special friend Barbara Bertino of Wilmington.

Bill was preceded in death his parents, two brothers and one sister.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday January 31, 2007 between the hours of 6:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (two blocks North of Illinois Route 53 / Baltimore Street) in Wilmington.

A private family interment will follow.
