Wesley Alan Risinger

Age 55 of Wilmington, passed away Monday November 4, 2013 at his home.

Born March 19, 1958 in Mattoon, Illinois, Wes is a son of June Louise (nee Pauley) Risinger and the late Johnny Junior Risinger. He was raised in Wilmington and worked in construction. Wes was a great Chicago Bears fan, loved fishing and enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Survivors include his mother June Risinger of Gays, Illinois; spouse Samantha (nee Cook); three children: William (Brandy) McCarthy of Joliet, Dave Risinger (Amanda Loveland) of Wilmington and Savannah Risinger (Akias Cade) of Joliet; eight grandchildren: Joshua, Nicholas, Madison, Gabrielle, Mariah, Emila, Buddy and Trayton; two brothers: Don Risinger of Gays and Roger Risinger of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one nephew A.J. Risinger and one niece Sarah Risinger.

Wes was preceded in death by his father Johnny Risinger.

The family will receive friends on Saturday November 9, 2013 between the hours of 1:00PM and 3:00PM at Freitag-Reeves & Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
