Viola Mae Beasley

Viola Mae Beasley, 93, of Morris, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at her home with her daughter by her side.
Born January 2, 1930 in Waterman, Il, she was the daughter of Pearl Nelson Anderson and Burton Anderson.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Jean Beasley.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Laverne; sister-in-law, Delores Beasley and a daughter, Linda sue in Infancy. Viola enjoyed her life as wife and mother.
Carol and Viola’s family wish to thank Lightways Hospice for their care for Viola in her last year.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
She enjoyed reading, cooking, and doing word puzzles.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Fruland Funeral Home, 121 W. Jefferson St. in Morris with Rollin Varness officiating. Interment will follow in Plattville Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
