Age 39 of Custer Park passed away Sunday January 18, 2009 at Riverside Medical Center. Born December 12, 1969 in Braidwood to Janice K. (Moore) Perry of Custer Park and Wendell Perry of Essex, also survived by one brother Tim (Nikki) Perry of Wisconsin, and a sister Sheila (Tim) Giffin of Custer Park; three nieces Addison, Hayley & Hope; one nephew Mitchell; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A graduate of Reed Custer High School. A gathering of Family and friends on Friday January 23, 2009 from 11:00AM until time of memorial services at 12:00 Noon at the Freitag Funeral Home Wilmington, with Rev. Robert Demchuk of Lutheran Church of the Good Shephard of Bourbonnais officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery Wilmington.
