Age 28 of Morris passed away Sunday June 19 in Chicago.

Born June 16, 1988 in Morris, Natasha Fay is the daughter of Lisa Jones and Russell Miller. She was raised in Morris, attended Mazon, Channahon and Minooka schools, and later achieved her GED.  As a young girl, Tasha attended Pam’s Academy of Dance in Morris and enjoyed playing volleyball.  She was a smart, vibrant young woman with a beautiful smile, who was loved by many and loved all that were close to her, especially her children.

Survivors include her mother: Lisa (Brian) Jones of Channahon; father: Rusty Miller of Diamond; three children: McKenzie and Trey Nelson-Lindley, and Tristan Nelson, all of Channahon; sister: Taylor Jones of Channahon; grandparents: Faye Nelson of Morris, Thomas Miller of Pittsfield, Illinois, and Ronald and Barbara Jones of Channahon; aunts and uncles: Sherry (John) Lundgren of Channahon, Pam (Roger) Goodman of Morris, Michael Nelson of South Carolina, Connie (Bob) Stanley of Georgia, and Rhonda Nelson and Jackie (Emerson) Grove, both of Minooka; as well as numerous cousins.

Tasha was preceded in death by her grandfather: Sherwood Nelson, and grandmother: Judith Miller.

Visitation and video tribute will be Friday June 24, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service, 7:00 p.m., at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block east of IL Route 47) in Morris.  Cremation rites will be accorded following the funeral service.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Tasha’s memory to the charity of the donor’s choosing.
