"Steve"

Age 51 of Morris, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday November 14, 2007 at his home.

Born December 22, 1955 in Joliet, Steve is a son of Lois Fleming-Shelton and the late Richard E. Shelton. He was a graduate of Minooka High School with the Graduating Class of 1974. Steve was an avid Chicago Cub's Fan and in his free time enjoyed family outings, fishing, camping religion and people.

Survivors include his mother Lois Shelton of Coal City, one brother Glen (Jane) Shelton of Joliet; two sisters: Lori (Jim Parrish) Rodriguez and Jodi (Neal) Tjelle, both of Diamond; six nieces, one nephew; one great niece; four great nephews and several aunts and uncles, as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Steve was preceded in death by his father Richard E. Shelton in 1990 and one infant daughter Angela.

Private Visitation and Services were held at the request of the family.

Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Steve's memory to his family for distribution to local charities of their choice.
