Rondell Davis

RONDELL ALAN DAVIS

Age 46 of Utica and formerly Morris, passed away suddenly Thursday March 23, 2006 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru.

Born January 22, 1960 in Morris, Rondell is a son of Donald and the late Margaret (Dabbs) Davis. He was raised and educated in Morris and on June 17, 1983 married Deborah (Woody) Stratton in Denver, Colorado. Rondell was an avid fisherman.

Survivors include his wife Debi, his father Donald; sister Maggie Holcomb of Morris, brother: Kenny Davis of Oglesby; sister: Brenda Davis of Davenport, Iowa and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as well as his best friend Scott Male.

Rondell was preceded in death by his mother; brother John Davis; Sister Nora Weathersby and lifelong friend Leland Coil.

Visitation will be held on Monday March 27, 2006 from 12:00 noon until time of funeral service 3:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (1 Block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris. Pastor Todd Lash from True Life Center in Spring Valley will officiate and burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Morris.

Pallbearers will be: Scott Male, Ken Drabik, Shane Weathersby, Mitchell Male, Ken Davis and Jared Holcomb.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Rondell's memory to his family for distributions of their choice.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Homes, Ltd. in Morris.
