Rochelle Peters

Age 60 of Wilmington, formerly Chicago Heights, passed away Monday May 23, 2016 at her home.

Born February 4, 1956 in Chicago Heights, Rochelle Lyn is the daughter of Julie M. (nee Piacente) and the late Raymond Spencer Jendrasek.  She was raised and educated in Chicago Heights, and graduated from Bloom High School with the Class of 1974.  On October 27, 1974, Rochelle married Carl Lauffer Peters in Chicago Heights.  Rochelle enjoyed the outdoors by gardening and camping. She was an avid crafter, and a dog lover especially to Artie and Maddie.

Survivors include her husband: Carl L. Peters of Wilmington; mother: Julie M. Bengtson; and two sons: Alex Peters of Lombard and Mike (Stefanie) Peters of Crete.

Rochelle was preceded in death by her father Raymond Jendrasek.

Visitation and video tribute will be held Friday May 27, 2016, from 2:00 p.m. until time of memorial service, 6:00 p.m., at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road, in Wilmington. Reverend Steve Bondi will officiate.

Preferred memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choosing.
