Mrs. Rhonda Sue (Lindley) Button

Age 52 of Morris, passed away Tuesday October 4, 2011 in her home.

Born July 21, 1959 in Morris, Rhonda is a daughter of Lulu Davis-Lindley of Seneca and the late Bobby Lindley. She was raised and educated in Seneca and was a graduate of Seneca High School. On April 10, 1981, Rhonda married David Button in Morris. Rhonda was a homemaker and the best grandmother that could exist for her grandson's Jackson and Chase. She loved her sons, grandsons and husband above all else.

Survivors include her loving husband David; two sons: Robert (Amber) Button of Verona and David (D'Andra) Button of Coal City; two incredible grandsons: Jackson and Chase Button; her mother Lulu Lindley of Seneca; sister Tina (Kelly) Sparks of Mississippi; five brothers: Chuck (Mary) Lindley of Seneca, Raymond (Toni) Lindley of Marseilles, Dennis Lindley of Seneca, Don Lindley of Seneca and Rick (Julie) Lindley of Joliet; mother-in-law Ruth Button of Morris; father-in-law James (Irma) Button of Alaska; sisters-in-law: Kathy (Don) Ehret, Connie (T.D.) Barnes, Chris Viner (Dave Bleich) and Francine (Tim) Button Weyers; brother-in-law Paul (Karla) Button, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her father Bobby.

A personal note from her husband: "Rhonda was an incredible person, we kept to ourselves pretty much, but those that really knew her, knew her to be the true person she was; friendly, caring and giving. Go with God Honey, we'll be seeing you again."

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Friday October 7, 2011 between the hours of 5:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris. Funeral services will follow on Saturday October 8th at 11:00AM in the funeral home with Reverend Ed Howe, CR officiating. Burial will be in Sample Cemetery.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Rhonda's memory to Operation St. Nick.
