Age 58 of Lakemoor, Illinois and formerly Buffalo Grove, passed away Friday October 28, 2011 at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Born July 28, 1953 in Aurora, Peg is a daughter of Norma M. Lewis-Perucca of Morris and the late John J. Perucca. She was educated at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School in Naperville prior to moving to St. Anne, Illinois from where she completed her grade school education. She later graduated from Gurnee High School with the Class of 1971. Peg attended Illinois State University and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Math from Lewis University. She was currently working at Z-Trim in Mundelein, where she was employed as the Controller. Peg was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Morris, where she was involved as a Eucharistic Minister and also formerly taught CCD. She enjoyed bowling and greatly loved her involvement with church and work. She will be remembered as an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Survivors include her mother Norma Perucca and aunt Margaret Perucca, both of Morris; two first cousins: Frank (Maureen) Perucca of Braidwood and David (Caryn) Perucca of Naperville and five second cousins: Vanessa (Mark) Prinz of LaGrange, Sara (Tony) Heiserman of Chicago, Dr. Amanda Marma of Boston, Massachusetts and Megan Perucca and Emily Perucca, both of Naperville, as well as several other extended cousins and family members.

Peg was preceded in death by her father John Perucca; uncle Frank Perucca; aunt Helen Perucca; maternal grandparents: Norman N. and Marie Christina Lewis and paternal grandparents: John J., Sr. and Josephine Perucca.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 1, 2011 between the hours of 4:00pm and 7:00pm at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris. Peg will then lie in state Wednesday morning at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 516 East Jackson Street in Morris from 9:00am until time of funeral service 10:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Reverend Ed Howe, CR officiating and burial will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Morris. Pallbearers and Honorary Pallbearers will be: Frank Perucca, David Perucca, Maureen Perucca, Mark Prinz, Tony Heiserman and Tim Turner.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Peg's memory to Immaculate Conception Catholic School, 505 East North Street, Morris, Illinois 60450.
