Peggy Ann Magness

Age 61 of Morris passed away at her home, Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Born May 10, 1948 in Hammond, Indiana, Peggy is a daughter of Jean Helmer-Wartsbaugh of Morris and the late Roy Wartsbaugh. She was raised and educated in the Hammond, Indiana area and was most recently employed with Wal Mart in Morris.

Survivors include her husband: Richard Magness; two sons: Billie (Geri) Jackson of Channahon and Andrew (Joyce) Jackson of South Wilmington; two grandchildren: Andrew Jackson, Jr. and Corine Jackson; mother: Jean Wartsbaugh; one brother and sister: April (Tim) Romans and Roy Wartsbaugh, Jr. both of Florida; and one niece: Nicole Mertz of Indiana.

Peggy was preceded in death by her father; one brother: Edward and two sisters: Debbie and Sandra in infancy.

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Friday, September 11, 2009 between the hours of A�A�2:00pm and 4:00pm at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris.

Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Peggy's memory to the American Cancer Society.
