Patrick L. Calhoun Sr.

Age 58 of Greenup, Illinois passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon.

Born June 11, 1958 in Joliet, Patrick is a son of Nancy Mae Calhoun (nee Howard) of Wilmington, and the late Albert Calhoun. He was raised and educated in Wilmington and graduated from Wilmington High School with the Class of 1976. Patrick owned and operated C-2 Towing in Greenup for 14 years, and will be remembered for his love of stock car racing and spending time with family.

Survivors include his wife Jerri Lynn Montz, whom he married on December 19, 1997; his mother Nancy of Wilmington; children: Patrick, Jr. (Ashley) Calhoun of Toledo, Christina (Phil) Russell of Stewardson and David (Cari) Montz of Greenup; grandchildren: Patrick III, Aurora, Hunter, Jazmyn, Zack, Raelyn, Jakayla, Cameron and Carleigh; his sister Juanita Yeates of Wilmington, and brother Mike Calhoun of Braidwood, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Patrick was preceded in death by his father Albert, and two brothers: Jerry and Phil.

A Celebration of Life was held in Greenup on June 29, 2016.
