Patricia J. Strong

Age 52 of Wilmington, passed away Thursday December 17, 2009 at her home.

Born March 15, 1957 in Joliet, Patricia was a daughter of the late James and Anna Sheets-Strong. She was known for her love of music, puzzles and being with friends.

Survivors include numerous brothers and sisters: Sherlene (the late Peter) Martin of VA, James M. (Vicki) Strong of Wilmington, Beverly (Odell) Claussen of AR, Delores Boyd, Mark Strong, Mary L. Brock, Rita (the late James) VanDuyne and Marvin "Paul" Strong, all of Wilmington, Betty Wilkins of Dwight and Billie (William) Wofford of Casey, IL, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Patricia was preceded by her parents, one sister Shirley Thorton and one brother Donald Strong.

Visitation will be held on Monday December 21, 2009 between the hours of 4:00PM and 7:00PM and Tuesday December 22nd from 9AM until time of services 10AM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (two blocks North of Illinois Route 53 / Baltimore Street) in Wilmington. Rev. Steve Bondi will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Wilmington.
