Age 58 of Goose Lake, passed away Wednesday November 16, 2011 at her home.

Born February 15, 1953 in Chicago, Pat is a daughter of Elaine Moser-Kuczaj of Alsip and the late Frank R. Kuczaj.

Survivors include her husband Nicholas J. Maicach and son Nicholas P. Maicach, both of Goose Lake; mother Elaine Kuczaj of Alsip; two sisters: Cynthia (John) Bilas of Palos Heights and Michelle (Kevin) Zanardelli of Piper City; three nieces and two nephews: Amanda Grabowski, Stacey Ming, Frank Zanardelli, Samantha Zanardelli and Tyler Zanardelli and her beloved pets: Holly, Gracie, Dixie and Bullet.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 19, 2011 at 10:00AM in Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 245 South Kankakee Street in Coal City, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Revered Robert Noesen officiating.
