"Patti"

Age 68, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the Morris Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Born June 16, 1942 in Chicago, Patti was the daughter of the late Rose Landi and the granddaughter of Guy and Virginia Landi.

Patti was a kind, gentle and loving person who will be missed. She had an open heart and home to anyone who needed it. She owned and operated Patti's Last Chance Saloon in South Wilmington before adopting her son, Robbie and becoming a foster mother to many.

Surviving are her son, Robert Landi of Peoria; special daughter, Pam (Darren) Brooks and special grandsons, Weston and PFC Cale Brooks USMC, all of Gardner; siblings: Dolores (Hank) Semenic, June (Sal) Sgarlotta, Rosemary (Bob) Noha, Frank (Jean) Spalla and Mike (Marilee) Miraglia; many nieces and nephews, especially her babies, Janise Voll and Janet Kearney and her many friends in South Wilmington.

Patti was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents and foster parents, Lawrence and Susie Spalla and a brother Louis (Doe) Spalla (both deceased).

Cremation rites have been accorded and the family will receive friends on Saturday February 12, 2011 from 2:00PM until time of memorial 4:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 203 Liberty Street in downtown Gardner. Deacon Don Dyer will officiate.
