Patricia T. Kerulis

Age 57 of Kankakee and formerly of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Citadel Care Center in Kankakee.

Born August 17, 1958 in Chicago, Patricia was a daughter of the late Telesfore J. and Mary M. (Mitchell) Kerulis. She was raised and educated in Chicago and graduated from Curie High School with the Class of 1976. Patricia will be remembered as a devoted Christian.

Survivors include her sister Anne (Tom) Baker of Algonquin, Illinois and brother John F. (Mary) Kerulis of Wilmington; nieces and nephews: Valerie (Josh) DeSousa, Jill Baker, John Kerulis, Amy Kerulis and Joey Kerulis and great nephew and niece: Owen DeSousa and Brienna DeSousa, as well as her dear friend Cindy Richmond of Wilmington.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 1:00 p.m. at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington. Pastor Caleb Counterman will officiate.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the services and she will be laid to rest in Scotland with her parents at a later date.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Patricia’s memory to Hospice of Kankakee Valley.
