Age 62 of Wilmington, passed away peacefully, Friday August 6, 2010 at her home.

Born October 28, 1947 in Joliet, Nancy was a daughter of the late Roy and Marguerite Schutten-Robertson. She worked for the Wilmington School District in the school cafeteria for 28 years, and in the mid 1980's Nancy opened Dreamland Gifts, which evolved to Dreamland Bakery and is currently operated as Dreamland CafAC. in Wilmington. Nancy was a member of Saint Rose Catholic Church and can be remembered as a tremendous supporter of the Wilmington community and the Wilmington Wildcats. Her hobbies included painting and camping, and she truly loved catering, family gatherings and holiday parties.

Survivors include her children: Eve (Jay) Rush, Adam (Stacy) Egizio, Eric (Meghan) Egizio and Jason (Karen) Egizio; grandchildren: Curt (Chelsey) Rush, Kyle (Jen) Rush, Alli Rush, Arica Rush, Bella Egizio and Nina Egizio; great grandchildren: Taylor, Gavin, Brody, Carter and Catelyn; brothers and sister: Noel (Linda) Robertson, Neil (Linda) Robertson, Nicole (the late Richard) Deuschle, Nigel (Terry) Robertson and Ned (Diane) Robertson and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as special friends Gayle Schutten, Alice Scheel, Pearl Wilson, Gale Czys, and all the faithful, loyal and regular Dreamland patrons.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; one nephew Danny and one great nephew Austin.

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Tuesday August 10, 2010 between the hours of 4:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (two blocks North of Illinois Route 53 / Baltimore Street) in Wilmington. Funeral services will follow Wednesday August 11th at 10:00AM in Saint Rose Catholic Church, 624 South Kankakee Street in Wilmington, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Reverend Steve Bondi and Deacon Don Dyer officiating.

A private family interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Wilmington and Nancy's sons and grandsons will act as pallbearers.
