Mylee Fay Kozel

Infant daughter of Robert and Brandy Cummings-Kozel of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday November 22, 2011 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.

Born August 25, 2011 in Joliet, Mylee is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents: Michael and Elizabeth Binder of Sauk Village and Clarice Cummings of Coal City; paternal grandmother Peg Kozel of Homer Glen; siblings: Kendall Kozel, Jake Kozel, Tamen Calhoun, Tabitha Bundy, Kelton Kozel and her twin brother Connor J. Kozel.

Mylee is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Robert Kozel.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
