Maureen J. Vidican
(nee Creighton)
Age 72 of Wilmington, peacefully at rest March 8, 2009.
Survived by her beloved husband of 52 years: David M. Vidican; cherished mother of Michelle (John) Jaracz, Michael (Tammy) Vidican, James (Chris) Vidican, Laura (Dennis) Butler and Carol (Kevin) Day; loving grandmother of David J. Vidican, Tristan and Sierra Vidican, Matthew Vidican and Jessica and Ryan Cardwell and loving sister of Sheila (Arthur) Perrone of Newport Beach, CA.
Maureen was preceded in eternal rest by her parents: James and Mary Creighton and her parents-in-law: John and Teresa Vidican.
Maureen was a graduate of St. Francis Academy and College of St. Francis. She was a gentle, loving and kind person loved by all who knew her. Maureen will be dearly missed, but will live in our hearts forever.
Visitation and Video Tribute will be held Wednesday March 11, 2009 between the hours of 4:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (two blocks North of Illinois Route 53 / Baltimore Street) in Wilmington.
Funeral services will follow on Thursday March 12th at 11:00AM in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 624 S. Kankakee Street in Wilmington, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Rev. Steve Bondi and Deacon Don Dyer officiating.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Maureen's memory to Joliet Area Community Hospice, 250 Waterstone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431.
