Age 98 of Wilmington, passed away Saturday morning, April 18, 2009 at her home.

Born November 25, 1910 in Grandville, Illinois, Mary was a daughter of the late Charles and Anna Kaletka. She was a very active member of Grace Lutheran Church in Wilmington for many years, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and was involved with various other church functions. Mary was devoted to her family and greatly enjoyed the former Brookside Mother's Club. She was also known for her love of reading, nature, birds and flowers.

Survivors include her four loving children: Paul (Ann) Moews of Oceanside, CA, Dan of Wilmington, Bonnie (Alan) Gordon of San Diego, CA and Cindy Moews of Minneapolis, MN; five grandchildren: David and Julie Moews, Nathaniel (Claudia) Gordon and Sarah and Eli (Carmen) Gordon; one great grandson Diego; one sister Alice Kutta of Berwyn and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband Paul in 1985; four brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 22, 2009 from 10AM until time of funeral service 10:30AM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 N. Joliet Street (two blocks North of Illinois Route 53 / Baltimore Street) in Wilmington. Rev. Chris Beamsley will officate and burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Wilmington.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Mary's memory to the Grace Lutheran Church in Wilmington.
