Marsha Lynn Robinson

Age 50 of Morris, passed away Saturday morning October 27, 2012 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home in Joliet.

Born March 21, 1962 in Carbondale, Illinois, Marsha is a daughter of Flora L. (nee Akins) Robinson of Morris and the late William F. Robinson. She was raised and educated in Morris; graduated from Morris High School and continued on to obtain her bachelor's degree in nursing. Marsha lived in Morris for the majority of her life, and over the years worked as a Registered Nurse at The Grundy County Home, Morris Hospital, and most recently Walnut Grove. She will be remembered for her enjoyment of reading, camping, and fishing.

Survivors include her mother Flora Robinson of Morris; three children: Jessica Robinson of Decatur, Brian Kowalzack of Coal City, and Ami Kowalzack of Morris; five grandchildren: Alexis, Isabelle, Brittany, Emma, and Annabelle; two sisters Janice (Rick) Wawczak of Hayward, Wisconsin, and Renae (Steve) Burkhead of Seneca, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Marsha was preceded in death by her father: William F. Robinson.

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Tuesday October 30, 2012 between the hours of 5:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris. Private family services will follow with Pastor Steve Larson officiating. Burial will be in Sample Cemetery.
