Marilyn J. Housman

Age 64 of Streator, passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at Heritage Health in Streator.

Born May 19, 1950 in Morris, Marilyn is a daughter of Ruth (nee Stevens) and the late Andrew Housman.  She was raised and educated in Braidwood, and was well known for loving to play bingo and spoiling her nieces and nephews.  Marilyn was a member of Grace Community Church in Streator.

Survivors include her mother Ruth; son Kenneth K. Housman of Streator; 14 siblings: Margaret (Ron) Wendel, Raymond (Linda) Housman, Donald Housman, Carol (Gary) Zilm, David (Jan) Housman, Patricia (Ray) Sox, William Housman, Penelope Runyon, Nathan (Kay) Housman, Richard (Joyce) Housman, Karen (John) Hufford, Hope (Tony) Wilson, George (Angie) Housman and Rhonda Housman, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her father Andrew, and three brothers: Ralph, Ronald and Warren Housman.

Cremation rites have been accorded and memorial arrangements will be planned at a later date.
