Laurie Anne Paulin

Age 50 of Morris, passed away Wednesday July 6, 2011 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home in Joliet.

Born June 25, 1961 in Melrose Park, Illinois, Laurie is a daughter of Mildred Sperando and Floyd Ralls. Laurie worked as a CNA at the Grundy County Nursing Home and can be remembered for her love of playing cards, gardening, landscaping, knitting and crocheting. She also cherished spending time with her dogs.

Survivors include her mother Mildred Sperando of Minooka; father Floyd (Carolyn) Ralls of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one daughter Audrey Paulin and her fiancAC. Jim Horrie, both of Morris; one brother Floyd (Lori) Ralls of Channahon and two sisters: Christine (Mike) Webster of Downers Grove and Cindy (John) Dusza of West Chicago.

Laurie was preceded in death by her grandparents: Dolores Cecelia Marcellis and Alphonse R. Marcellis.

Cremation rites have been accorded and the family will receive friends on Sunday August 7, 2011 from 4:00PM until time of memorial service 6:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Laurie's memory to her family for distribution to local charities of their choosing.
