Kevin Patrick Croarkin
"Norm"
Age 47 of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening, August 5, 2015 at his home.
Born February 20, 1968 in Chicago Heights, Kevin Patrick was a son of the late Albert Raymond and Sharon Lynn (Norcutt) Croarkin. He was a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology and was currently working at Union Pacific Railroad. Norm enjoyed sports, was a Chicago White Sox and Bears fan, and took pleasure in playing the drums and singing karaoke.
Survivors include his brothers: Charles (Tammy) Croarkin of Essex, and Matthew Croarkin and Scott (Dawn) Croarkin, both of Wilmington; nieces and nephews: Cody, Charles, Jr. "C.J.", Sharon (Matthew), Kelly, Colin, Stephen, Jessica, Nicole, Jaimey, Mandy, Courtney and Scott, Jr. "Bubba", and two great nephews: Joshua and Gage, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and friends.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation rites have been accorded and the family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until time of memorial service 7:00 p.m. at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington. Reverend Steve Bondi from St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington will officiate.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Norm's memory to his family for their distribution.
