Age 69 of Marseilles passed away Thursday January 18, 2018 at Morris Hospital.


Born March 25, 1948 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Kenneth Ray was a son of Lloyd and Dorothy (nee Kinnison) London. He was raised in Cape Girardeau and Lockport, Illinois, and graduated from Lockport Township High School with the Class of 1966. Kenneth was a welder with Pipefitters Local Union 597 until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling, especially back to Missouri where he was born, and spending time with his family. Kenneth will be remembered for spending his time outdoors, fishing and hunting for arrowheads to add to his collection.


Survivors include his 6 children: Mike (Michelle) London of Marseilles, Jerry London of Marseilles, Steve London of Tonica, Illinois, Kenny Joe London of Marseilles, Jim London of Marseilles, and Dorothy London (Brent Alsvig) of Ottawa; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; one brother: Dwayne (Elaine) London of Morris; one aunt: Juanita (the late Mack) Pogue, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.


Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents.
Per Kenneth's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.


A memorial visitation will be held Saturday February 17, 2018 at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of Illinois Route 47), from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11:00 a.m., with Reverend Bradley Shumaker officiating.
