Age 70 of Goose Lake, formerly Rockdale, passed away on Wednesday August 28, 2013, at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born May 7, 1943 in Joliet, Judy was the daughter of the late Stephen and Loretta Lorraine Paracsi-Kennick. She was raised and educated in Rockdale, graduated from St. Francis Academy, and continued her education by attending cosmetology school in Joliet. On October 6, 1962, Judy married Rich Fenoglio in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale. She was a homemaker for the majority of her life, and belonged to the Wilmington Recreational Club. Judy enjoyed fishing and antiquing, especially collecting vaseline glass. She will be remembered for her love of family trips to Hayward, Wisconsin, and attending the Cranberry Fest.

Survivors include her husband Rich; four children: Sue ( Ken) Onderisin of Channahon, and Steve (Jacqui) Fenoglio, Shelley "Beany" Fenoglio, and Sheila "Dimples" (Ryan) Bunton all of Coal City; seven grandchildren: Jennifer Onderisin, Matthew (Jamie) Onderisin, Elizabeth "Liz" Fenoglio, Stevie "Goo" Fenoglio, Garrett Auriene, Madyson "Mady" Bunton, and Jack Bunton; one sister-in-law Marilyn (the late Don) Eungard of Coal City and several nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Stephen and Loretta Paracsi.

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Friday August 30, 2013 between the hours of 2:00PM until 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block north of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City. Judy will then lie in state Saturday August 31st at St. Ann Catholic Church, 24500 South Navajo Drive in Channahon from 9:00AM until 10:00AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30AM with Reverend Jeff Stoneberg officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Joliet.

The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Modi and staff, and Dr. Gordon, as well as the entire staff of the fifth floor Oncology Unit at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. Your care and attention will always be remembered by our family.

Preferred Memorials may be made as gifts in Judy's memory to her family for their distribution.
