Jesus Lopez Gonzalez

Age 94 of Coal City and formerly Chicago, passed away Friday evening August 17, 2007 at Embassy Care Center in Wilmington.

Born in Mexico, Jesus was a son of the late Francisco and Constanza Lopez Gonzalez. He was employed for General Motors Coproration until his retirement.

Jesus is the husband of Emma Lopez of Coal City; Father of Jesus (Carmen) Lopez of Bolingbrook, Esther (Domingo) Gutierrez of Houston, TX, Yolanda (Jose) Gonzalez of Bolingbrook, Virginia (Richard) Barajas of Houston, TX, John (Sue) Lopez of Chicago and Emma (Dominic) Sandei of Braidwood. Grandfather to 20 and Great Grandfather to 27.

Visitation and Video Tribute Tuesday August 21, 2007 between the hours of 4:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block North of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City. Funeral services will follow on Wednesday August 22nd at 10:00AM in the funeral home.

Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Braidwood.

Rev. Mike Pennock from Assumption Catholic Church in Coal City will officiate.
