Jerry Wayne Morey

"Junior"

Age 47 of Borden, Indiana, formerly Wilmington, passed away Wednesday October 16, 2013 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.

Born June 04, 1966 in Joliet, Junior was a son of the late Jerry L. and Ann Renee Kitchell-Morey. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, listening to Garth Brooks, and being outdoors. Joel will be remembered for his love of the Chicago Bears.

Survivors include two sisters: Jolinda Tworek of Diamond and Christina Skeldon of Joliet; three brothers: Johnny Morey of Borden, Indiana, Robert Morey of Vero Beach, Florida, and John Skeldon of New Lenox; grandmother Alene Kitchell of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and brother-in-law Mike Tworek of Wilmington; five nephews: Matt Gill, Mike Tworek, Mack Tworek, Kolton Skeldon, and Jerad Morey; four nieces: Michala Tworek, Amanda Fox, Francesca Morey, and Angola Morey, as well as, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Joel was preceded in death by his parents Jerry and Ann Morey; paternal grandparents Donald and Berince Morey; maternal grandfather Johnny Kitchell; one nephew Joshua Morey and one cousin Jason Williams.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a private memorial service will take place at a later date.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Junior's memory to the American Diabetes Association.
