Jean Quigley
(nee Krupinski)
Age 80 of Reedsburg, Wisconsin and formerly of Wilmington passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015.
Born June 9, 1934 in Chicago, Jean was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Rose Beliski-Krupinski. She was raised in Chicago and graduated from St. Francis High School in Chicago. On August 21, 1955, Jean married Ronald W Quigley at St. Raymond's in Joliet and he preceded her in death. Jean was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington and worked for many years at APSA. Jean enjoyed cooking, was a very good mother and truly loved doing crafts.
Survivors include four children: Steve (Becky) Quigley of Wilmington, Richard (the late Nancy) Quigley of Braidwood, Patricia Lemke of Braidwood and Paul (Mary) Quigley of Reedsburg, Wisconsin; eight grandchildren: Joshua, Travis, Brian, Ronnie, Rachel, Russell, Jennifer and Kaitlin and 5 great grandchildren.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Benjamin; husband Ronald; one son David, and one daughter Norma Wilm
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 5, 2015, from 9:00am until the time of funeral at 11:30am at St. Rose Catholic Church, 604 South Kankakee Street in Wilmington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Reverend Steve Bondi officiating, and cremation rites will be accorded following the services.
A private family inurnment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Crest Hill, Illinois at a later date.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Jean's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (www.stjude.org)
