Janet Anne Bradley-Burnett

Age 50 of Bolingbrook and formerly Lombard, passed away unexpectedly Saturday May 24, 2014 at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital.

Born May 29, 1963 in Chicago, Janet was a daughter of the late William Craig and Nancy Irene McGaughey-Bradley. She was raised and educated in Lombard, and on June 13, 1983, Janet married Todd Burnett in Faith United Methodist Church in Lombard. She had a passion for education, and was currently completing her Masters Degree from Olivet Nazarene University. Janet loved shopping and spending time at their home on the Kankakee River in Wilmington. She will most be remembered however, for her love of family and the cherished time spent with her granddaughters.

Survivors include her husband Todd; three children: Tiffany Burnett of Lisle, Todd (Marielle) Burnett of Downers Grove and Robert Burnett of Bolingbrook; two granddaughters Kayleena and Madison; two brothers: Richard (Dawn) Bradley of Bolingbrook and William (Charlene) Bradley of Villa Park; two sisters-in-law: Kim Burnett of Caladonia, IL and Candace (David) Disharoon of Maple Park, IL and three brothers-in-law Russell Burnett of Sandwich, IL, Curt (Cindy) Burnett of Harding, IL and Scott Burnett of Lisle, IL, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Scott and one sister-in-law Deborah.

The family will receive friends on Sunday June 1, 2014 from 11:30AM until 1:00PM at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington. A memorial service will be held at 1:30PM in the funeral home, with celebration of Janet's life at their home on the Kankakee River following the service.
