JAMES R. SANDERS, JR.

Age 17 of Wilmington, passed away suddenly Sunday, August 26, 2007 as the result of an accident.

Born January 2, 1990 in Estherville, Iowa, to James R. Sr. and Sonja Nelson-Hicks.

James is survived by his parents, step father Paul Hicks of Wilmington; one brother Devin; one sister Destiny Hicks, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

James was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Friday August 31, 2007 between the hours of 4:00PM and 6:00PM and Saturday September 1, 2007 from 9:00AM until time of funeral service at 10:00AM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (two blocks North of Illinois Route 53 / Baltimore Street) in Wilmington. Pastor Ronald Taylor from Island City Baptist Church will officiate.

Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Wilmington.

In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials as gifts in James memory to the family greatly appreciated.
