Helen Partilla

Age 90 of Joliet, passed away Thursday January 28, 2010 at Heritage Manor in Dwight.

Born September 04, 1919 in Osceola, Pennsylvania, Helen was a daughter of the late Anthony and Anna Yuskin. She was employed by Joliet East High School from where she retired. Helen greatly enjoyed golf, gardening and sewing.

Survivors include her loving children: Ronald (Dulcie) of Morris, Andrew (Carol) of Wilmington and Valene (Paul) Murphy of Joliet; (10) grandchildren; (15) great grandchildren; one sister Mary Cogwin of Lockport and numerous nieces and nephews.

Helen was preceded by her parents, husband August "Gus"; son Thomas and two brothers.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00AM on Monday February 1, 2010 in St. Bernards Catholic Church in Joliet with Rev. Richard Ross officiating. Interment will be in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery in Joliet.
