Greg Melzer

Age 22 of Channahon, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday July 23, 2013 at LaGrange Hospital.

Born November 14, 1990 in Park Ridge, Greg is a son of Linda Taylor of Morris and Alan Melzer of Channahon. He was a graduate of Minooka High School and will be remembered for his love of being outdoors, fishing, working out and being with friends.

Survivors include his parents: Linda Taylor and Alan Melzer; siblings: Christine Melzer and Steve Melzer, both of Channahon and Lauren Juarez of Morris; his maternal grandmother Christine Taylor of Channahon and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation and video tribute will be Saturday July 27, 2013 from 12:00 Noon until time of funeral service 4:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street in Morris. Reverend Dr. Roy Backus will officiate.
