Geraldine L. Morrow

Geraldine L. Morrow, 78, of Minooka passed away February 27, 2023 at Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehab Center in Morris with her family by her side.
Born October 15, 1944 in New Lenox, she was the daughter of Silas and Bernice (Hauge) Peterson. She received her education in the schools of Morris. She married John Morrow on August 16, 1963 in Morris and they lived all of their married life in Seneca.
She is survived by her children, Jeff Morrow of Ottawa and Theresa (Bob, deceased) Thomas of Minooka; two grandchildren, Kimberly (Jacob) Alcaraz of Morris and Robert Thomas of Minooka; two great grandchildren, Archer and Aria Alcaraz.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, John; seven siblings.
Geraldine loved to host and throw parties, enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023 at the Fruland Funeral Home, 121 W. Jefferson St. in Morris from 5:00 p.m.to 7:00 p.m. Private burial will take place in Saratoga Cemetery.
