Age 70 of Carbon Hill, passed away Wednesday April 02, 2008 at his home.

Born January 07, 1938 in Kankakee, Frank was a son of the late Jacob and Hattie Warner-Williams. He was raised and educated in Wilmington and on December 09, 1957 married Carol A. Lohmar in Joliet. Together they have resided in Carbon Hill since 1965. Frank belonged to the Coal City Area Club and was a member of the Carpenters Union Local #174, retiring in 1993 after 30 years of service.

Survivors include his wife and partner of 50 years: Carol nee Lohmar; two daughters: Debbie Burger and Donna (Jeff) Halliday, two grandsons: Justin Halliday and Jeffrey Halliday and one granddaughter Tara Halliday, all of Coal City. One sister Rita (the late Harold) Ghere of Kankakee, and one brother Jerry (Rita) Williams of Manteno, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents; one son Thomas; one grandson Aaron Burger and four brothers: Harold, Leo, Roy and Russell.

Visitation will be held Friday April 4, 2008 between the hours of 4:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block North of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City and Saturday April 5th from 9:30AM until time of funeral service 10:00AM at Assumption Catholic Church, 245 South Kankakee Street in Coal City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Reverend Mike Pennock officiating and burial will follow in Braceville-Gardner Cemetery. Acting pallbearers will be: Alan Williams, Richard Williams, Gary Ghere, Justin Halliday, Jeffrey Halliday and Charles Bumgardner and honorary pallbearers will be: Mike Williams, Tom Sayers and Dave Kentala.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Frank's memory to Joliet Area Community Hospice or the Carbon Hill Historical Society.
