Forrest Durancik

Age 23 of Braceville, passed away tragically, as the result of a hit and run accident on Saturday morning, October 1, 2016.

Born October 2, 1992 in Joliet, Forrest Jacob is a son of Christine S. (nee Chinderle) Durancik of Wisconsin and Gerald Ray Durancik of Braceville.

Survivors include his parents; siblings: Chris Chinderle and Joe Chinderle, both of Wisconsin, Melissa (Nathan) Hughes of Joliet, Winston Durancik of Braidwood and Loretta Durancik of Joliet; his grandmother Beverly Durancik of Braceville and numerous aunts and uncles, including his special aunt Theresa Couch of Braceville.

Visitation and video tribute will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Reeves Funeral Home, 203 Liberty Street in Gardner. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
