Age 99 of Wesley Twp, Wilmington passed away Saturday August 21, 2010 at Riverside Medical Center Kankakee. Born September 9, 1910 in Ottawa,IL to the late Richard Oscar & Anna Bertha (Lenz) Streul also preceded in death by her loving husband Herbert L. Zimmerman(1988), two brothers Richard and Victor Streul and infant twin sisters. Survived by her dear daughter Jean (Late Bob) Goodwin of Wesley Twp., three grandchildren Cheryl (Steve) Childers of TN, Gary (Marsha) Goodwin of Wyoming,IL and Lynn Goodwin of Wesley Twp. Seven Great grandchildren Crystal Swafford, April Childers, Curtis Childers, Sara Leary, Brett Goodwin, Carl and Keith Goodwin; two great great granddaughters Rachel & Rose Leary and a good friend Denise Graf. A 60 year member of the Grace Lutheran Church Wilmington, Church Ladies Guild and the Wesley Community Club for many years. Visitation Friday August 27, 2010 from 4:00pm To 7:00pm at the Freitag Funeral Home Wilmington. Visitation on Saturday August 28, 2010 from 9:00am until time of services at 10:00am at the Grace Lutheran Church 907 Luther Drive, Wilmington with Rev. Christopher Beamsley officiating. Interment Wesley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to the church would be appreciated in her memory.
