Erik Phillip Middleton

Infant son of Paul and Christina Middleton of Diamond, passed away unexpectedly September 1, 2016 at Morris Hospital.

Survivors include his parents; brothers and sisters: Savannah, Kaylin, Logan, Sebastian, Pandora, Leviathan and Azazel; maternal grandparents: Clifford and Linda Smith of Colorado Springs, Colorado; paternal grandparents: Paul and Teri Middleton of Coal City; maternal great grandmother Joann Smith of Colorado Springs; aunts and uncles: Rodney (Bree) Thomson and Gregory Thomson, both of Oregon, Jenny (Naithan) Richards of Wilmington and Jeff (Cailey) Middleton of Coal City, and godmother Natasha Avant of San Diego, California.

Erik was preceded in death by his brother Jareth on March 13, 2014 and one aunt Abigail Thomson.

The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation honoring both Erik and Jareth on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block north of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City.
