Della Mae Hamm

Age 79 of Morris and formerly Wilmington, passed away peacefully Tuesday Oct. 27, 2009 at home.

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Sunday Nov. 1, 2009 from 4-8PM and Monday Nov. 2nd from 9AM until time of funeral service 10AM at Reeves Funeral Home in Wilmington. Burial will follow in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Della's memory to Joliet Area Community Hospice.
