Debbie Osborn

Age 60 of Peoria and formerly of Rockdale, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Fondulac Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in East Peoria.

Born December 4, 1956 in Los Angeles, California, Deborah Jean is a daughter of Evelyn Irene (Watts) Miller and the late Marvin McKinney. She was raised and educated in Rockdale. Debbie will be remembered for her love of crafting.

Survivors include her mother Evelyn Miller of Minooka; husband Randy Osborn, whom she married March 29, 1993; sons: David Tibbetts of Joliet and Timothy Wright of Oklahoma; her mother-in-law, Retha Palmer of Wilmington; stepchildren: Arlene (Duane) Lauffer of Godley and Steve Osborn of Wilmington; grandchildren: Ashley (Tony) Goodwin, David, Jr. (Candace) Goodwin, Devin Goodwin and Keegan Lauffer; great grandchildren: Ana, Raegan, Brayson, Alex, Aidyn, Kinnzee, Brielle and Khalessi; brother: Billy (Pam) McKinney of Channahon; sisters: Rebecca (Richard) Ledwa of Minooka, Cindy (Billy) Harris of Rockdale and Robin (Ted) Tezak of Taylor, WI, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Marvin McKinney; step-father, Frank Miller; daughter, Evelyn Irene Wright; brothers: Joseph McKinney and Marvin McKinney, Jr. and father-in-law, Earl Palmer.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral service 7:00 p.m. at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services, and inurnment will be in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Debbie’s memory to her family for their distribution.
