David A. Mance

Age 58 of Braceville, passed away Tuesday October 05, 2010.

Born December 10, 1951 in Joliet, David was a graduate of Lockport West High School with the Class of 1970. He was currently employed with Reichhold Chemical Company in Morris, where he has worked for the past 37 years. David can be remembered for his love of hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife Ruth; two children: Heather Starr of Marseilles and Sean (Carrie) Mance of Coal City; six grandchildren: Daniel, Dominick, Gianna, Samantha, Jackson and Mia; brothers and sisters: Leonard Mance of Joliet, Bernadette (David) Floyd of Colorado, Susan Mackert of Joliet, Tamara (Brad) Zuppa of Florida and Ronald Mance of Colorado; several brothers and sisters-in law and numerous nieces and nephews including his special niece Heidi Miller.

David was preceded in death by his father Joseph Mance and special uncle Ernest Mance.

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Saturday October 9th from 9:00AM until time of services 11:00AM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block North of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City. Dallas Henry from First Christian Church in Wilmington will officiate.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in David's memory to his family for distribution of their choosing.
