Damien Nicholas Cardoza

7 month old son of Allison Brooke Larson of Pontiac and Andrew Cardoza of Wilmington, passed away Friday June 21, 2013, at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago.

Born December 12, 2012 in Pontiac.

Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents Len (Sharon) Larson of Cornell, and paternal grandmother Dorine Cardoza of Wilmington; one brother Anthony Michael D'Ambrosio and one sister Nevaeh Cardoza.

Damien was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Jesse Cardoza.

Visitation and video tribute will be held on Saturday June 29, 2013 from 9:00AM until time of funeral service 12:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block North of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City. Reverend Dr. Roy Backus will officiate, and burial will follow in Camp Cemetery, Odell.

Preferred Memorials may be made as gifts in Damien's memory to his family for their distribution.
