Dale John Hill

Age 88 of Wilmington formerly of Essex, passed away Sunday May 2, 2010. Born August 17, 1921 in Gardner to the late John & Myrtle (Williams) Hill also preceded in death by his wife Phyllis E. (Brickley), a daughter Karen Soper and a granddaughter Sherry Teaque. Survived by three loving children Dale Robert (Eileen) Hill of Herscher, Jerry (Sandie) Hill of Morris and Kathy (Al) Newell of Dwight; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and A sister Vonnie (Gene) Osmus of Manhattan. Retired in 1986 from Caterpillar Tractor Co. Joliet as an inspector. Dale also worked for The Village of Essex for over 20 years. Visitation Wednesday May 5, 2010 from 11:00AM Until time of services at 1:00PM at the Freitag Funeral Home Wilmington with Rev.Mark Thompson officiating. Interment East Cemetery, Essex.
