Colton Ray Youngblood, 24, of Morris, IL, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 at his home.
Born September 22, 1999 in Newton, Kansas, he was the son of Todd and Laurie (Fiala) Youngblood. He graduated from Flinthills High School. Later, he attended Joliet Junior College and received his Associates Degree in Business. He was employed for Starbucks for several years. For six years, he was a general manager at Pilot Flying J in Morris.
He is survived by his parents Todd and Laurie (Fiala) Youngblood; brother Corbin (Kaila) of Dwight, IL; and their daughter Hannah Youngblood; Grandpa Ken (Charlene) Youngblood of Winnsboro, TX; Grandma Jean (Kenny) Stewart of Greenwood, NE; Uncle Tom (Marcia) Fiala of Greenwood, NE; Aunt Mary (Clay) Weston of Greenwood, NE; Uncle Jim (Tori) Fiala of Greenwood, NE; Aunt Sheri (Doug) Buck of Greenwood, NE. He is also survived by several cousins.
He is preceded in death by Grandma Raychel Youngblood, Uncle Ray Youngblood, and Aunt Denise (Tim) Henning.
He loved the Kansas State Wildcats, volleyball, basketball, swimming, track, working, and spending time with his family, especially his niece, Hannah.
Memorials can be given to the Epilepsy Foundation.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 26th, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Fruland Funeral Home, 121 W. Jefferson Street, Morris, IL, with Pastor Patrick Lohse officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
