"Tina"

Age 14 of Wilmington, passed away Saturday January 2, 2010 as the result of an automobile accident.

Born April 3, 1995 in Joliet, Tina is the daughter of Jackie Greenan of Wilmington and the late Raymond Murray. She was a freshman at Wilmington High School where she was active in soccer, art and bowling, and was also known for her caring nature to animals. Tina was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington and was a graduate of Stevens Middle School with the Class of 2009.

Survivors include her mother Jackie; two sisters: Jacqueline and Ashley Murray; maternal grandparents: Mary and Robert Gibson of Wilmington; paternal grandparents: Sharon and Michael Murray of Wheatfield, IN and great grandmothers Dolores Barry of Steger, IL, and Alice Murray of Virginia, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tina was preceded in death by her father Raymond (2005); maternal grandfather Dewey Greenan; her aunt and uncle Pat and Dennis Goad, Sr. and her maternal and paternal great grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Friday January 8, 2010 between the hours of 3:00PM and 8:00PM at St. Rose Catholic Church, 624 S. Kankakee Street in Wilmington. Funeral services will follow on Saturday at 10:00AM in St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Reverend Steve Bondi and Deacon Don Dyer officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Wilmington.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Tina's memory to the Wilmington Foundation for Excellence.
