Age 75 of Wilmington, passed away Sunday June 29, 2008 at Embassy Care Center in Wilmington.

Born November 21, 1932 in Virginia, Minnesota, Cecelia was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Ingleman-Smith. She had worked as a chef at Louis University in Romeoville many years ago and was known for her love of her garden, flowers, cooking, fishing and her family.

Survivors include two sons: Ed (the late Linda) of Wilmington and Ron (Betty) Haga of Dwight. Four grandchildren: Ronnie, Jay (Chris) and David Haga and Jennifer (David) Crichton. Nine great grandchildren: Maja, Megan, Kilee, David, Halle, Matthew, Madison, Austin and Cheyenne and one sister Agnes (the late Carl) Eke of Romeoville.

Cecelia was preceded in death by her parents; husband David; eight brothers and sisters: Martin, Frank, John, Matt, Tom, Ann, Mary and Betty and one daughter-in-law Linda.

Visitation will be held Wednesday July 2, 2008 between the hours of 4:00PM and 7:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (two blocks North of Illinois Route 53 / Baltimore Street) in Wilmington. Funeral services will then follow Thursday July 3rd at 10:00AM in the funeral home with Rev. Ron Taylor officiating.

Interment will be in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Cecelia's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
