Carl A. Kaczmarek

Age 75 of Shannon Shores, passed away June 6, 2016 at his home in Tennessee.

Born October 10, 1940 in Chicago, Carl was a son of the late Joseph and Angeline (Staszak) Kaczmarek. He was raised and educated in Chicago and retired from Overnight Trucking / UPS in 1997. Carl was a member of the Henry County Gun Club, and enjoyed camping, fishing, listening to country music, and watching the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Cubs.

Survivors include his wife Carolyn (Malloy), whom he married August 19, 2000; seven children: Warren (Colleen) Kaczmarek of Chatsworth, Susan (Frank) Ruggiero of Downers Grove, Sandra (Michael) Haberzetle of Morris, Jennifer (Jamey) Adamus of Romeoville, Michael Manzello of South Wilmington, Brian (Rachel) Manzello of Gardner and Kristi (Alex) Kudirka of Murray, Kentucky;  (7) children; (21) grandchildren; (7) great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as his best buddies, pitbulls: Chopper and Kazper.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, sister Shirley Barauskis and one step-son John Manzello.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 18, 2016 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a memorial visitation at Reeves Funeral Home, 203 Liberty Street in Gardner.
