Bonnie Lou Rosefsky

Bonnie Lou Rosefsky, 79, of Morris, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Gardens at Park Pointe in Morris.
Born July 26, 1941 in Altoona, Pa. ,the daughter of Harold and Ruth (Sklut) Rosefsky.
Bonnie worked for the Federal Government in Washington D.C and Chicago IL.
She retired at the age of 55.
Bonnie’s passion was her antiques. Her home was beautifully decorated with pieces collected from all over the world. She loved to travel, backpacking around the globe for nine months, even driving to Alaska by herself. Always an independent spirit, Bonnie visited so many places in the world, the rest of us just dreamed of.
She is survived by her brother, Samuel (Pat) Rosefsky; sister, Susan Walker (Jim Moran);was a devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews, Andrea (John) Schumacher, Ashley Moriarty, Amber (Ryan) Golden and Marc (Darla) Rosefsky; one great niece and five great nephews; also cousins Bruce Sklut, Jordan Sklut and Pamela Keller.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Private graveside services will be held Monday March 29, 2021 at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Joliet with Rabbi Kuvin officiating.
Memorials may be given to the Park Point Garden Activity Fund.
