Bonnie F. Motter

Bonnie F. Motter, 74, of Morris, passed away Wednesday November 6, 2024 at Lightways Hospice Home in Joliet.
Born September 25, 1950 in Hayti, Missouri, she was the daughter of Edward and Bessie (Luna) Smith. She was employed at Grundy County Home for many years.
Bonnie is survived by her children, James and Deanna Aitkenhead and sons, Kade and Wyatt of Poplar Grove, Crissy Mooney and son, Cody (Blue) of Ottawa, Jason and Michelle Aitkenhead and children, Kayla, Laura, Jocelyn and Max of Morris, Mandy and Ben Hiett and sons, William, Charlie and George of Lake Forest; her siblings, twin sister Donna Kaye Lamar of Caruthersville, MO, Philip (Phil) Edward Smith of Jackson, MO and Janie Smith of Ottawa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Bessie Leona Smith; her husbands, James Aitkenhead and Bill Motter and sister, Marilyn Warren.
She loved to travel, enjoyed gardening and doing ancestry research.
Private graveside services will be held Saturday November 9, 2024 at Mazon-Brookside Cemetery.
